Role Overview:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance market reputation.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in [industry-specific] hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
