Job Description

What You'll Do:

End-to-End Recruitment Handle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding of doctors, nurses, paramedics, and other medical professionals.
Stakeholder Management Work closely with department heads and medical leadership to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
Job Posting & Vendor Coordination - Publish job ads on relevant platforms and coordinate with recruitment agencies and consultants.
Interview Management - Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes for medical roles.
Recruitment Data Analysis - Maintain and analyze data on TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, and report metrics to management.
Salary Benchmarking - Support compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive offers aligned with market standards.
Compliance & Documentation - Ensure recruitment processes follow hospital policies and accreditation (NABH/JCI) standards, and maintain proper records.
Process Improvement - Contribute to refining recruitment strategies, tools, and practices for better efficiency and quality of hires.
