Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Handle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding of doctors, nurses, paramedics, and other medical professionals.
  • Stakeholder Management Work closely with department heads and medical leadership to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Job Posting & Vendor Coordination - Publish job ads on relevant platforms and coordinate with recruitment agencies and consultants.
  • Interview Management - Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes for medical roles.
  • Recruitment Data Analysis - Maintain and analyze data on TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, and report metrics to management.
  • Salary Benchmarking - Support compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive offers aligned with market standards.
  • Compliance & Documentation - Ensure recruitment processes follow hospital policies and accreditation (NABH/JCI) standards, and maintain proper records.
  • Process Improvement - Contribute to refining recruitment strategies, tools, and practices for better efficiency and quality of hires.
