• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  for IT contract positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  
• Specialize in hiring for

  Java, Camunda, ServiceNow, Pega, and Appian

  skillsets.
• Build and maintain a

  strong candidate pipeline

  to meet business needs.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver within timelines.
  

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, with focus on contract hiring.
  
• Strong understanding of niche technologies (Java, Camunda, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian).
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
