Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the company
  • Identify and forecast staffing needs in collaboration with the leadership team. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Source and attract quality candidates through various channels and coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and set up best hiring practices
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout recruitment

Key Skill Sets & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with master / bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of best practices of recruitment processes, workforce planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking with ability to build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Analytical skills to measure hiring effectiveness through relevant metrics
  • Adaptability to work in fast-paced, high-energy & dynamic environments
