Role: Talent Acquisition Associate Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore Company: Delivery Centric Job Description: Delivery Centric is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Talent Acquisition Associates . Key Responsibilities: Use advanced sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean searches, to attract top technical talent Manage the entire recruitment process , from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team needs Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills , cultural fit, and career aspirations Coordinate and participate in technical interviews and post-interview evaluations Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to maintain a competitive recruitment strategy Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Who Can Apply: For Experienced Candidates (1–2 years): 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition Good understanding of IT roles , such as software development, cloud, and DevOps Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job boards Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring deadlines For Freshers: Recent graduates (any stream) with a strong interest in HR or recruitment Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Eagerness to learn about IT/tech hiring (training will be provided) Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and job search platforms is a plus Good organizational skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude About Us: We are Delivery Centric , a dynamic technology company that is transforming the delivery of cloud implementations and Cyber security.
