Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and goals.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to streamline recruitment processes, enhance employer branding, and improve candidate selection.

HR Business Partner:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on HR matters and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with business leaders to understand their department's needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the company's growth and culture.
  • Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Assist in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development programs.
  • Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and inform HR strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
  • Proficient in HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is desirable.
