Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute the campus recruitment strategy across targeted colleges/universities
Partner with business stakeholders to identify campus hiring needs and workforce requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells, faculty, and student communities.
Organize and manage campus drives, pre-placement talks, assessments, and interviews.
Design and implement campus engagement programs (competitions, webinars, workshops, internships, etc.) to strengthen employer branding.
Coordinate logistics for campus hiring including assessments, interview panels, and candidate experience.
Manage offer rollouts, pre-boarding engagement, and onboarding for selected students.
Track and analyze hiring metrics (offer-to-join ratio, conversion rates, cost per hire, etc.).
Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reports for campus hiring.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure smooth integration of campus hires into the organization.
