Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements from hiring managers for non-IT positions.
Source potential candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain recruitment reports and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events.
