Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Corporate Recruiting, Sales Hiring, Screening, Applicant Tracking Systems Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidates qualifications, and provide assessments and recommendations for potential hires.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

Key skills

  • Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS, with advanced skills in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Master's Degree(MBA/PGDM) 80% in 10th &12th.
  • Should have laptop/internet/android.
