About the Role

Systems Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Design & Development

    Analyze requirements and

    design integration workflows

    between Z2 Enterprise and external systems (PLM, ERP, CRM).
  • Develop

    connectors, APIs, and middleware services

    to enable bi-directional data exchange.
  • Implement

    real-time (API/webhook) and batch/scheduled data flows

    .
  • System Connectivity & APIs

    Work with

    REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL APIs

    , and message queues to integrate heterogeneous systems.
  • Understand and leverage

    vendor-specific APIs

    for Agile PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
  • Data Transformation & Synchronization

    Map and transform

    data models and schemas

    between different enterprise systems.
  • Ensure

    data quality, consistency, and conflict resolution

    during integration.
  • Monitoring & Maintenance

    Set up

    monitoring, logging, and alerting

    for integration pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration

    Partner with

    product managers, enterprise architects, and engineering teams

    to define integration strategies.
  • Document APIs, workflows, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Enterprise Systems Expertise

    Hands-on experience with

    PLM systems (Agile PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    ERP (SAP, Oracle EBS, NetSuite)

    and

    CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)

    .
  • Integration & API Development

    Strong experience with

    RESTful and SOAP API design and consumption

    .
  • Familiarity with

    API management platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, Apigee, etc.)

    or custom middleware.
  • Knowledge of

    message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)

    .
  • Programming & Data Skills

    Proficiency in

    Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js

    for building integration services.
  • Experience with

    ETL processes, JSON/XML data transformation

    , and schema mapping.
  • Security & Best Practices

    Knowledge of

    authentication/authorization standards (OAuth2, SAML, SSO)

    .
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with

    large-scale enterprise integration projects

    .
  • Familiarity with

    iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) tools

    .
  • Understanding of

    enterprise data modeling and master data management (MDM)

    concepts.
  • Exposure to

    cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

    for hosting integrations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
