About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development:

  Develop, enhance, and maintain complex React-based web applications.
• Architect reusable components, UI patterns, and frameworks for scalable applications.

• Collaboration & Design:

  Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert wireframes and visual designs into interactive applications.
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.

• Performance & Quality:

  Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in development workflows, testing practices, and deployment processes.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Core Expertise:

  Minimum

  5+ years of professional experience

  in front-end development.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux (or Zustand, Recoil, or similar state management libraries).

• Excellent knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS or LESS).

• Ecosystem & Tools:

  Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, TailwindCSS) and design systems.
• Proficient in using build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data structures.

• Quality Focus:

  Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Knowledge of code quality, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices.

• Soft Skills:

  Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with micro-frontend architectures.
• Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Knowledge of responsive, cross-browser, and accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps tools is a plus.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
