We enable your best to power our future.The Arianna Systems Engineer/Admin (Manager) is a critical role responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and support of the Arianna data system. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the Arianna architecture, data workflows, and client requirements. The manager will ensure the system's performance, reliability, and data integrity, acting as a primary technical liaison for both internal teams and external clients.System Operations & Data Management
- System Deployment and Configuration: Lead the installation of the Arianna system on client servers, ensuring a secure and accurate setup. Manage system access and implement configuration changes, such as adding new channels or data attributes, to meet evolving client needs.
- Data Management and Quality Assurance: Direct the process of uploading, converting, and ingesting various data sources (e.g., postlogs, TEL, RF files) into the Arianna system. Perform rigorous data quality checks to ensure all information is accurate and complete. Securely distribute processed data to relevant stakeholders and other systems.
- Server and Infrastructure Ownership: Maintain and optimize Arianna servers, including performance tuning and security patching.
- System Oversight and Optimization: Proactively monitor system health, performance, and security. Contribute to the strategic planning of future system enhancements and technological improvements.
- Client and Issue Support: Provide technical support to clients in Italian, addressing issues and managing licenses. Identify, document, and escalate system issues to development teams. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new data sets and system updates.
Analytical Capabilities
This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with
4 to 5+ years working in an individual capacity
with excellent problem-solving skills. You should be able to manage complex technical systems and collaborate effectively with clients and various internal teams.

Technical Proficiency:
- Microsoft Excel Macros: For channel configuration management.
- UltraEdit Scripting: For applying changes to configuration files.
- MS-DOS Scripting: For process automation.
- Python: For data validation and publishing.
- XML: For data structuring and system integration.
- HTML: For web-based document publishing.
