Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled System Engineer to manage company laptop assets and maintain the IT infrastructure, including networks and security systems, at our Vanagaram, Chennai office. The role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, asset management, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track company laptop assets, including issuance, maintenance, and recovery.
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain office network (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware/software procurement and support.
• Provide timely technical support to employees for system or connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and prepare periodic reports.
• Support new joiner system setup and exit recovery process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in IT support/system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with antivirus, firewalls, and data security practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
