Business Analyst (IT) – EMS Sales Platform-Bangalore/Remote Overview: We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Business Analyst to lead enhancements Enrollment Management System (EMS)—a CRM platform recently migrated from on-premises to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). EMS plays a central role in sales operations, supporting the transformation of opportunities into registration, requests, and eventual enrollment. It supports cross-functional workflows for the Contact Center and Enrollment Management teams.
