Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
  • Resolve product/service issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and system changes


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others


Preferred:


  • Experience in BPO, retail, or tech support environments
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
