As a Field Sales Executive (FSE) at Everest Fleet, your primary responsibility is to attract and onboard new drivers. This is a field sales role requiring strong sales skills, persuasion abilities, and relationship-building to effectively achieve targets."" As an Everest Fleet FSE, you’ll focus on attracting and onboarding drivers through strong sales, persuasion, and relationship-building in a field role. Job Responsibilities: Conduct field sales activities to source and onboard drivers. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential drivers. Achieve daily and monthly driver onboarding targets. Possess good convincing and presentation skills. Generate new business for the organization. Follow up on leads generated throughout the day. Handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. Have good knowledge of nearby localities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Joining bonus Work Location: In person
