Strong experience in Observability tools such as Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Splunk, ELK, Mulesoft AnyPoint, using them to create alerts, dashboards, reports, synthetic monitoring, etc. Strong problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting complex issues.
