Your day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions and ensure applications align with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead and mentor junior professionals Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP Basis Administration Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and system architecture Experience in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts Experience in SAP system upgrades and patching Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration This position is based at our Mumbai office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
