Job Description We are seeking a visionary and experienced Lead Software Engineer - Systems to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of large-scale distributed systems that form the backbone of our cutting-edge products. Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance distributed systems Lead a team of talented software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system requirements Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve our systems architecture Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and long-term strategies Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in systems engineering Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems Advanced programming skills in languages such as C++, Java, or Python Expertise in system architecture and design principles Proficiency with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and reliability engineering Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Ability to make decisive technical decisions and guide team members effectively Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus Deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in systems engineering
