Job Description

Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - Mantri Job Purpose “This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.” Duties And Responsibilities Ability to lead development of Salesforce and architecture assessment Ability to manage a team of Developers Proven success in applying a structured approach to analyze business problems and architect innovative technology-based solutions within the defined enterprise guidelines and standards Will be responsible for managing Salesforce CRM platform . Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Conduct Monthly partner reviews and team reviews.
