Application -Tech Support– Looking After:IT Applications– Grade:L3– Location:Akurdi HO/Wakedwadi– Experience:Minimum 10 years– Qualification:B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A.– Reporting to:DGM– Nature of Role:Individual Performer. Off roles reporting to this positionDuties and Responsibilities

System Administration:Overseeing the daily operations of
server systems, ensuring they run efficiently and securely.

Hardware Inventory:Maintaining detailed lists of all physical
and virtual servers, including specifications and configurations.

Software Inventory:Keeping track of configured applications
and third-party software, along with their licenses.

Patch Management:Identifying, deploying, and validating
updates for operating systems and applications to fix vulnerabilities and improve performance.

Server Health Checkup:Monitoring server processes, CPU and
memory utilization, and performing necessary optimizations.

Documentation:Keeping accurate records of hardware,
software, and network configurations to aid in troubleshooting and compliance.

Security:Implementing and maintaining IT security measures to
protect data and systems from cyber threats.

Backup and Recovery:Ensuring data is regularly backed up and
can be restored in case of loss or corruption.

Compliance:Making sure systems adhere to relevant laws,
regulations, and organizational policies. Proficiency In Operating Systems Like Windows, Linux, Or Unix.– Understanding Of Middleware Technologies Such As Weblogic, Jboss, Apache Tomcat, Ibm Websphere.– Experience With Containerization And Orchestration, Tools Like Kubernetes And Docker.– Knowledge Of Automation and monitoring toolsRequired Qualifications and Experience
Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Competence in optimizing system performance and managing
resources..

Skill in implementing security measures and ensuring
compliance with standards..Personal Attributes:
