Application -Tech Support❖ Looking After: IT Applications❖ Grade: L3❖ Location: Akurdi HO/Wakedwadi❖ Experience: Minimum 10 years❖ Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A.❖ Reporting to: DGM❖ Nature of Role: Individual Performer.Off roles reporting to this position

Duties And Responsibilities

System Administration: Overseeing the daily operations of

server systems, ensuring they run efficiently and securely.

Hardware Inventory: Maintaining detailed lists of all physical

and virtual servers, including specifications and configurations.

Software Inventory: Keeping track of configured applications

and third-party software, along with their licenses.

Patch Management: Identifying, deploying, and validating

updates for operating systems and applications to fix
vulnerabilities and improve performance.

Server Health Checkup: Monitoring server processes, CPU and

memory utilization, and performing necessary optimizations.

Documentation: Keeping accurate records of hardware,

software, and network configurations to aid in troubleshooting
and compliance.

Security: Implementing and maintaining IT security measures to

protect data and systems from cyber threats.

Backup and Recovery: Ensuring data is regularly backed up and

can be restored in case of loss or corruption.

Compliance: Making sure systems adhere to relevant laws,

regulations, and organizational policies.Proficiency In Operating Systems LikeWindows, Linux, Or Unix.❖ Understanding Of MiddlewareTechnologies Such As Weblogic, Jboss,Apache Tomcat, Ibm Websphere.❖ Experience With Containerization AndOrchestration, Tools Like KubernetesAnd Docker.❖ Knowledge Of Automation andmonitoring tools
