Job Title: Team Lead – Production Support Experience Required: 11 Years Band: C1 Domain: Banking – Applications Number of Positions: 11 Location: Mumbai (Malad / Turbhe) / Hyderabad (Gachibowli) Mandatory Skills: Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) WebLogic Oracle DB Linux / Unix OS Secondary Skills: Windows Server AppDynamics IIS MS SQL Server Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve application/system issues and outages swiftly. Execute and manage Level-1 Service Request (SR) closures. Perform daily checklist executions including End of Day (EOD) and Beginning of Day (BOD) job monitoring. Conduct daily health checks for applications, middleware, and DB servers. Support server inductions and Disaster Recovery (DR) drill executions. Handle data purging activities and backend database updates. Monitor alerts from tools and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Schedule and manage planned activities; ensure UAT signoff and downtime confirmation. Execute and support CRs related to application deployments. Manage SSL certificate renewals and compliance activities such as OS patching and server maintenance. Maintain and review backup policies and inventory. Perform Oracle/SQL DB upgrades, reindexing, and statistics gathering. Review and upgrade unsupported DB/WebLogic/OHS/WAS/IHS/OS versions. Identify opportunities for process automation and perform resource trend analysis. Prepare and share audit-related data and participate in inter-team discussion calls. Maintain SOPs and generate regular status reports for senior leadership. Manage compliance and governance activities for tech operations. Collaborate with internal/external auditors and resolve their observations. Exhibit excellent team leadership and stakeholder management skills. Show more Show less
