Job Description

Your role as an IT Support Specialist at House of Spices involves installing and configuring software and hardware, managing network servers and technology tools, and setting up accounts and workstations. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, maintaining systems according to requirements, and troubleshooting issues and outages. Ensuring security through access controls, backups, and firewalls is a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will upgrade systems with new releases and models, develop expertise to train staff on new technologies, and build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
