We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and management of our software, hardware, and networks. Your resourcefulness will be crucial in diagnosing and resolving issues promptly, along with effective communication with diverse teams and users. Your objective is to guarantee the smooth and efficient operation of our technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring software and hardware, managing network servers and tools, setting up accounts and workstations, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting problems, ensuring security measures such as access controls and backups, upgrading systems, training staff on new technologies, and creating internal documentation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role, proficiency in databases, networks, and patch management, knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery in AWS, scripting abilities in languages like Python or Perl, familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A professional certification such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) would be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, requiring in-person work. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Relocation or reliable commuting to the work location is necessary.,
