JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective: The Marketing Manager is responsible for performing duties on a professional level and works closely with House of Spices Inc., Marketing & Sales, Purchase, Senior Management and staff in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas of House of Spices Inc., India: This position will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for HOS. Essential Functions Prepare marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan that align with company goals Supervise and manage the creative team – In house + Agencies Support sales team with up-to-date and aligned marketing materials Plan, create and oversee the design, content, and production of all marketing materials Plan promotional and awareness campaigns and in market support Manage all POS development and execution of online and print materials for campaigns Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide them to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels Monitor, track, and document campaign results; analyse data/returns/customer response Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future sales goals Work with product development team to manage new product development. Manage launch campaigns for new products. Develop and lead on Social media and digital media campaigns. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. It would have the design team and Marketing coordinator position report to marketing manager. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Travel Travel is expected for this position. ( local travel) Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising and ten plus years of experience in FMCG FOOD COMPANY only Knowledge of US market /export markets will be added advantage Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field Ten plus years of experience in Marketing Sound Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excell, Power Point etc.) Understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns Sound experience in coordinating ad shoots and working with creative agencies Thorough knowledge of Media landscape – TV ,Social ,Digital Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Good interpersonal & people management skills Taking initiative & go getter Excellent oral and written communication skills Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach Working with start-up environment AAP/EEO Statement House of Spices Inc; provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, colour, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
