We are a dynamic and growing media platform dedicated to delivering engaging digital content, creative campaigns, and innovative media solutions. We are seeking a proactive and organized Technical & Operational Admin to ensure smooth coordination between teams, manage office systems and infrastructure, and support both day-to-day operations and technical administration.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Technical Administration
* Manage system access and user accounts for new employees — including creation, login setup, email configuration, and permissions.
* Handle offboarding processes by disabling access, recovering credentials, and ensuring data security.
* Maintain and troubleshoot office systems and hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, TVs, and projectors.
* Oversee biometric attendance systems, user registration, and daily reports.
* Coordinate with IT vendors for software installations, updates, and maintenance.
* Manage network, Wi-Fi access, and related connectivity issues in coordination with technical support teams.
* Ensure data backup and security protocols are followed for employee systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
