Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Vadodara
Shift: 3pm to 12am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Windows systems. The role also involves user support for over 45 employees, VPN configuration, and management of Active Directory environments. Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, and Power BI is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and upgrade Windows operating systems and related software.
• Provide technical support to 45+ users, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Manage VPN setup and configuration to ensure secure remote access for employees.
• Support and maintain Active Directory including user account management, group policies, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot system performance issues, connectivity problems, and application errors.
• Provide support for Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Power BI usage.
• Perform routine system maintenance and apply patches, updates, and security configurations.
• Monitor system health and generate reports on performance and usage.
• Collaborate with the IT and security teams to implement best practices.
• Document procedures, configurations, and support logs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with VPN configuration and remote access tools.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and Power BI.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot issues for 45+ users effectively.
• Familiarity with security best practices and backup strategies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
• Prior experience in a mid-size or enterprise IT environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
