Service & Sales Expert

Key Responsibilities

Handle advanced customer issues with clear, personalized communication
Drive
upsell, cross-sell, renewals
, and meet monthly revenue targets
Provide
product demos, workflow consulting, licensing guidance
, and usage support
Maintain and update account pipeline, assist in
renewals & retention
Offer basic troubleshooting and guide customers on Adobe CC/DC features
Document interactions in CRM and ensure high-quality customer experience

Requirements

Graduate or HSC with
45 years
of experience in Sales/Support (SaaS experience preferred)
Excellent
communication skills (C1)
and strong CRM proficiency
Strong problem-solving, customer handling, and consultative selling skills

Only Candidates with 1 year of international BPO Experience Prefered
