Roles & Responsibilities : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Expert with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability and environmental management, with a passion for helping organizations achieve their sustainability goals. Responsibilities: Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans. Provide guidance and support to organizations in implementing sustainable practices. Analyze data and metrics to track progress and measure the impact of sustainability initiatives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainability. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives. Provide training and education to staff on sustainable practices and procedures. Assist in the development of sustainability policies and procedures. Engage with government agencies and community organizations to ensure compliance with regulations and promote sustainable practices. Support the analysis of environmental factors of the product portfolio. Competencies in the modeling of lifecycle assessments following ISO Standard 14067 with GaBi software from Sphera. Experience in the development or assessment of environmental product declarations. Development of an end-of-life model. Requirements: Bachelors degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field (Masters degree preferred) 7-10 years of proven experience in sustainability consulting or related field Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices Experience in addressing Scope 1 to 4 emissions as per the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders Project management experience is a plus Professional certifications in sustainability (e. g. , LEED, CSR, etc. ) are desirableWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
