Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will lead Delivery of projects/services as per the defined KPIs, drive delivery excellence and will mentor and grow a strong team. Accountability Lead the delivery and management of organization projects, contributing to solutions, including process and/or IT or Process automation as needed to establish strong trust- based relationships and drive collective client and team success. Work collaboratively with existing team leads of the established HR IT Services Manages the teams and oversees all activities ensuring alignment with departmental and business-wide vision and strategies. Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Index, Associate Survey, Status reporting for Account/Line of Business. Work with team leads to define and understand business goals, strategies, capabilities, processes and help shape and define service excellence initiatives. Build, lead, and inspire a team of SMEs, Topic experts and team members. Responsible for managing multi-location team working in 24x7 mode. Requirements Bachelors degree/master s degree (BE/ME) in Computer Science or, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Should have at least 13+ years of working experience in the HR IT Applications, Tools, and Support field with 5-6 years experience with HR IT applications Transition, Testing, Rollout and Management capabilities for a region or global scale. Proven and successful track record of leading high-performing IT practice teams and customer-facing experience in the enterprise space. (Min 5 years) Should have experience in Goal tracking for Quality, Productivity, Deployment, Rookie Ratio in Project teams. Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution and implementation projects/services, PMP is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of IT solutions / Process excellence (including but not limited to Automation) for a diverse set of problems and industries/customers. Understanding of business challenges and adopting successful IT solutions / services. Experience in project management, People management and leadership skills. Team-builder, be result-oriented, be proactive, and be self-driven. You should need minimal supervision, be open to change, Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills. Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
