Job Description

Location: Hyderabad-WFO

Experience: 2+ years

Work timings: US work hours

Must have

Seasoned Level 1 (2 - 4 years) or early Level 2 support resources
Excellent Communications
Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk or any)
Should be flexible to work in US hours
Resolving support tickets, configuring printers, Wi-Fi, and laptops, as well as managing Windows operating systems and other technical setups.
Technical Skills: Understands system configurations, networks, printers, imaging, VPN, Office 365, Windows OS.
Documentation Skills: Able to create or update SOPs and KBs.
Interaction: Comfortable on video calls with customers, clinic staff (dentists, assistants, admin).
Soft Skills: Clear communication, customer empathy.
Local to Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Good to Have

Tools: Zendesk (ticketing), ITGlue (documentation)
Experience working in a Dental or Healthcare industry
HIPAA knowledge
D2 Language Knowledge (Note: This is not a language, but rather a dental service they are offering.)
