Job Description

We do have an opening for the role of L1 Support Engineer with an MNC in the IT Sector.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or end-user support.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and Cloud Administration (Azure/AWS).
Understanding of basic networking, file server access, and patch management.
Working knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow / JIRA).
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer service orientation and willingness to work in shifts or on-call support when required.

Experience: 1- 3 yrs

Notice Period: 0- 30 days

Location: Pune

Work Mode: 5 days work from office
