Role & responsibilities Lead cross-functional analytics projects using advanced modeling techniques to generate actionable insights and uncover business opportunities. Work on multiple industries and sectors to solve for complex real time problems. Translate complex client needs into clear problem statements and develop scalable solutions using data-driven approaches. Build and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and reporting systems to support key business decisions. Build predictive models using ML and AI algorithms to solve for complex problems. Create AI applications to solve for client and internal problems. Provide strategic recommendations to clients for cost optimization, revenue growth, and improved profitability. Oversee the delivery of insightful business reports and presentations that influence executive decisions. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, internal teams, and senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with business goals. Mentor and manage a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and continuous learning. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and tools to continuously improve analytics capabilities. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of experience in analytics, with proven success in delivering impactful business insights. Experience can be relaxed for candidates with MBA Strong educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field. Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling is a must. • Advanced SQL skills; exposure to big data tools (Hive, Pig, NoSQL databases) is a plus. • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Strong background in data processing, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques. • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results. • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal – to translate data insights into strategic recommendations. • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to lead conversations on project scoping, delivery, and impact measurement.
