Job Description

i. Ticketing Systems: Proven experience in managing tickets using JIRA and ServiceNow.

ii. Cloud & DevOps: Strong AWS knowledge. Experience using CI/CD pipelines.

iii. Infrastructure: Experience with networking concepts and administration of Unix/Linux servers, including analyzing system loggings.

iv. Development & Databases: Experience in basic software development with technologies such as Angular and Node.js. Proficiency with database querying and basic operations for MongoDB and MySQL.

v. Monitoring: Experience with log management and/or correlation systems (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, ELK Stack).
