Technical Project Coordinator Shift: 6 PM 3 AM IST Location: Hyderabad/Work from Office No of Positions: 1 Job Type: Fulltime Position Overview: We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator for our office in Hyderabad, India. The Technical Project Coordinator will drive tactical project execution, manage administrative project tracking, and perform investigative project analysis. Alignment with 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours is preferred. Responsibilities: Project Coordination and Tracking: Schedule and organize meetings across cross-functional teams. Document meeting minutes, assign action items, and track progress. Maintain weekly updates on project statuses, including task completions, blockers, timeline changes, and effort hours. Prepare and update project status reports for PMO and IT leadership reviews. Project Administration: Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) or a streamlined equivalent for each project. Maintain standardized project information repositories with key project details. Manage smaller, independent infrastructure projects with minimal supervision. Business Analysis and Investigative Work: Conduct detailed investigations and documentation efforts where information is incomplete or missing. Validate infrastructure inventories (e.g., Comcast circuit installations, Azure resource ownership). Support testing and troubleshooting efforts with offshore and onsite teams. Maintain tracking sheets for hardware deployments, including capturing key identifying details. Assist with documentation and diagramming of Azure environments, including resource mapping by application and integration directionality. Other Duties: Support leadership by offloading tactical work to enable strategic project focus. Contribute to process improvement initiatives such as intake process development and workload balancing. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in project coordination and business analysis/documentation; additional experience in IT Infrastructure Support is highly preferred. Strong documentation, organization, investigative, and persistence skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and basic Azure navigation. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous situations. Willingness and ability to work aligned with EST business hours.
