Job Description

Job Type Fulltime Shift: 8.30 AM EST to 4.30 PM EST Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience: 3+ years Responsibilities: Identify potential candidates based on requirements. Screen and Evaluate candidates. Negotiate Salary/bill rate with candidates. Coordinate interview/hiring activities. Post requirements on the job sites/boards. Upload resumes into Applicant Tracking System. Required Skills: Experience in US Staffing IT positions. Must have experience in recruiting C2C / W2 candidates. Working with state clients. Must be able to identify fraudulent candidates. Good computer skills ?? MS Office, Email etc. Strong work ethic; hardworking and result driven. Excellent Communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Motivation to excel in the job. Work in US Shift.
