Roles And Responsibilities

Key Roles

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures.
• Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures
• Act as a Single point of contact for Customer issues.
• Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned.
• Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
• Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures
• Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Produce written reports and make presentations
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• Doc. Of Quality parameter as per TS-16949 Manual.
• In Process Rejection Analysis through 8D, why-why,6W2H, Fish Bone Analysis.
• Implementation of Fire wall activity.
• Quality instrument Records & Maintenance as per calibration date.
• Established Packing system for single piece flow.
  

Maintenance Activities

• Must be take care all Measuring Equipment. if required maintenance, should be co-ordinate to concern supplier & resolve the Issue.
• Daily & Weekly Check sheet of measuring equipment must be checked & Verified.
  

Reliability

• Perform and manage routine activities to deliver continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects.
• Provide support in the implementation of reliability excellence activities, identifying and prioritizing reliability engineering value creation opportunities.
  

Planning

• Planning of Inspection Method, Frequency for Assured quality product.
• Develop necessary Gauges, measuring int. as required Process.
• Monitoring and updating shop floor inventory and WIP inventory of OK/Not OK Product
