Responsibility and Mandate:

• Collaborative production plan with Factory Supply chain scheduler, manufacturing and ensure high adherence to the plan.
• Govern production schedule for Exports MTO (make to order) as per agreed SLA with Business unit.
• Lead Season Planning & Capacity requirement alignments with Business Unit & Manufacturing team, ensure season delivery on time in full.
• Track and manage FG inventory (Days on hand) within defined targets.
• Govern timely launch of NPDs and Promotion items with Business Unit.
• Lead DSR (Demand Supply Reconciliation) for Monthly SNOP by sharing supply/capacity performance & challenges.

Main Challenges in this Position

• Maintain high service level (stock availability more than 98% at a Weekly level) & COFR.
• Ensure FG stock freshness.
• Ensure optimal stock levels across the system, minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory thereby minimise working capital requirement.
• High degree of alignment to organisational needs, act as a bridge between 3 Business units and Factory supply chain & Manufacturing.
• Manage monthly & weekly production planning complexities considering capacity, inventory targets, materials & manpower requirements including outsourcing units.
• Execute MTO export production planning involving high number of SKUs and country wise complexity

Main Tasks and/or Projects:

• Weekly production plan release for all the production units and adherence tracking for Inhouse as well as outsourced factories in line with demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targets.
• Domestic & Export market production planning – MTS & MTO.
• Capacity & manpower planning – Lead RCCP & LTCP.
• Evaluate Season Prebuilt plan requirements & govern delivery plan vs actuals.
• Ensure completion of export orders as per agreed SLAs and co-ordinate with logistics for dispatch planning
• Generate Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly MIS related to planning efficiency.
• Prepare annual budget production plan for the factories.

Criteria for Evaluation:

• DIFOT (delivery in full on time) for finished goods -> Service level & COFR.
• No. of Days of FG Inventory -> Days of Stock
• Stock Freshness, % stock within 2 months of shelf life.
• Promotion plans, NPD launch plans timelines adherence.
• Exports order lead time & week-wise dispatch skew.
• Season Plan delivery
