Supply Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities: *

· Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning for online and offline channels

· Ensure timely stock availability across regional warehouses and partner marketplaces

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for sales trend analysis and demand planning

· Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and production teams to ensure on-time PO fulfillment

· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, and optimize stock movement

· Manage end-to-end marketplace operations: order fulfillment, stock reconciliation, and MIS reporting

· Resolve operational issues related to supply-demand gaps, delivery delays, or PO failures

· Track and maintain safety stock levels across all key SKUs and distribution points

· Optimize warehouse planning, shipment routing, and transportation costs

· Prepare dashboards and reports for performance tracking and strategic decision-making

*Requirements: *

· 6–9 years of experience in SCM, demand & supply planning, or e-commerce operations

· Strong understanding of inventory management, production planning, and logistics

· Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

· Experience working with major marketplaces: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, 1MG

· Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills

· B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
