Supply Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Master Production Planner with expertise in advanced production planning tools, including o9 Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing production plans to optimize efficiency, meet customer demand, and ensure effective resource utilization. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Role & responsibilities

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated Production Planner to manage Production planning of complete business unit, to locate at Gurugram.

Your tasks will include:

• Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets.
• Utilize advanced production planning tools, including o9, to drive supply chain optimization and scenario planning.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Analyze demand-supply trends and collaborate with sales, finance, and supply planning teams to ensure alignment.
• Manage production planning KPIs, including on-time delivery, capacity utilization, and inventory turnover.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics and planning tools.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within planning systems, including ERP and o9 Solutions.
• Support new product introductions by aligning production schedules with launch timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong proficiency in advanced production planning tools, including o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of MRP, capacity planning, and S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
