Your Job We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain process to ensure that the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time, and at the right cost. Our Team Supply Planning Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, purchasing, sales, and logistics to ensure that customer demand is met while minimizing excess inventory and maximizing operational efficiency. What You Will Do Develop and execute supply plans to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory levels and maximizing operational efficiency. Analyze data and make recommendations for inventory stocking strategies and supply chain optimization. Monitor production schedules and capacity utilization to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods. Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of raw materials. Work with sales and demand planning teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and identify potential supply chain issues Engaging in opportunities to expand on existing skillset in attempt to increase knowledge and reduce learning curves. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience with supply chain analytics tools such as Excel, SAP, or other inventory management systems. Experience with Kinaxis rapid response, Power BI, Python and SQL is plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross[1]functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends. What Will Put You Ahead Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the supply chain process. Identify and mitigate risks to supply chain performance, including potential shortages, quality issues, and transportation delays. Use supply chain analytics tools to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement.
