Supply Planning Analyst

As a Supply Planning Analyst at the iconic Jack Daniels brand, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating inventory planning, reporting, and analysis for Brown-Forman's third-party warehouses. You will collaborate with various teams such as Sales & Operation Planning, Supply Chain, Production Operations, Marketing/Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to support the supply chain management process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish monthly sales forecasts in collaboration with the commercial team and customers, providing trend analysis and market insights - Conduct detailed analysis on actuals versus forecast to identify root causes for deviations - Prepare meeting material for the IBP Alignment meeting, focusing on demand plan changes, IBP performance, gap analysis, risks & opportunities - Partner with the Supply planning team to place inventory orders, track inbound shipments, and support SKU allocation process - Focus on the replenishment model to ensure timely availability of stocks - Support inventory reconciliation between SAP and WMS (3PL) - Collaborate with internal customers and corporate customer service to manage order processing and maintain stock levels **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of planning or related business experience; or 4-6 years of combined education and experience - Proficiency in standard analytical concepts and inventory planning methodology - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and solve issues - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, and SAP - Fluency in English, both spoken and written - Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and willingness to work necessary overtime - Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time In addition to the above qualifications, if you possess SAP experience, planning systems knowledge (e.g., Kinaxis), a strong IT aptitude, and a diverse background in supply chain and logistics, you bring a unique perspective to the role.
