• Transportation network design (inbound/outbound)
• Warehouse design and location strategy
• 3PL/4PL evaluation and logistics outsourcing
• Freight cost optimization and routing
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP / IBP)
• Demand forecasting and inventory planning
• Capacity planning and production scheduling
• Lean manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) principles
• Inventory segmentation and classification (ABC/XYZ)
• Safety stock and reorder point calculations
• Inventory visibility and reduction strategies
• Supply chain risk identification and mitigation
• Continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
• Agile transformation in supply chain processes
• Identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• BE - Mechanical/ IP /Automobile
• 8 -10 years of Experience in managing supply chain domain in an automobile industry
• Proficient in SAP, MS office tools, Procon

• Prior experience in project management /Quality /BPS preferred
• Certification in Supply Chain Management , Digital and Agile would be a value add.
• Global exposure

• Lead teams, motivate employees, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Knowledge on packaging is preferable
