• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various supply chain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on progress.
• Communicate project status and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate project-related issues and risks in a timely manner.

Master Data Management:

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of supply chain master data (e.g., material master, vendor master, customer master).
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate data cleansing and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data standards.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Risk Mitigation for Material Flow:

• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the material flow process.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics to proactively identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with procurement, Exim, logistics, and production teams to address material flow challenges.
• Contribute to the development of contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.

License and Product Costing Coordination:

• Coordinate the acquisition, renewal, and management of necessary licenses and permits related to supply chain operations.
• Assist in the collection and analysis of data for product costing calculations.
• Support the development of cost optimization initiatives within the supply chain.
• Maintain records of licenses and product costing information.

ERP Setup and Maintenance:

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of the ERP system modules related to supply chain.

Any Graduate with 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management
