Why join GEA Job information Reference Number JR-0033371 Job function Engineering Position type Full time Site 6&6P, Bommasandra, Industrial Area, Hebbagodi, Hosur Road, Bengaluru- 560099 Karnataka Your responsibilities and tasks: Design and optimization of screw compressors for refrigeration and heat pump applications Collaboration on development projects within the framework of agile project management Independent development of solutions for design problems and challenges Create parts lists and documentation Design and structural analysis of cast & steel parts Collaboration with engineers in an international environment and in coordination with international project partners Improvements through system analyses and recommendations improvements based on data analyses of the collected test and field data Your profile and qualifications: Master's degree in mechanical engineering Strong commitment and passion for technology to secure tomorrow's future in special regards to limit global warming with our highly efficient screw compressor portfolio 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent qualification Product responsibility from concept to testing Problem solving and analytical thinking Preferred experience with Creo, MathCAD and knowledge of PDM systems Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, independence and flexibility Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and heat pumps Travel availability up to 20% Fluent English (speech and written)
