We are the highly established Service Supply Chain business partners, aiming to improve processes efficiencies, it's performance measures and master data quality. Together we are enabling stakeholder's policy making by providing regular and on-demand business intelligence for the functions across SC and Service operations.

Responsibilities

• Play a key strategic role in the service supply chain by driving accurate demand forecasting and efficient distribution planning
• Validating forecasts, market intelligence, and consumption calculations to support demand planning
• Conducting root cause analysis for stockouts and delivery performance KPIs, then implementing solutions
• Managing safety stock requests and collaborating with global teams for implementation
• Participating in new site/MRP location implementations to validate re-order points
• Preparing and validating surplus stock reports for returns processing
• Analyzing and acting on safety stock replenishment gaps within your region
• Assessing safety stock and its effectiveness for turbine-down orders
• Supporting projects related to demand, supply, and inventory balancing, as well as S&OP meetings

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate or MBA in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a global international supply chain function, specifically in demand and supply planning, production, material planning, or spare parts/service environments
• Hands-on experience applying supply chain principles and methods, including reporting
• Solid experience in Forecasting & inventory planning within a global distribution network
• Supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS-CPIM, CSCP) are a plus but not required

Competencies

• Proficiency in SAP, especially the MM module
• Strong analytical skills in MS Excel and Power BI
• Ability to create effective presentations
• Understanding of SAP master data parameters and their impact on planning
• An innovative approach to problem-solving
• Basic statistical knowledge.
