   Management:

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers of raw materials such as rubber hoses, resins, aluminium, and additives.
Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance. Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays.2. Production Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to forecast demand and plan manufacturing schedules. Balance inventory levels with production output to avoid overstocking or shortages.3. Inventory & Warehouse Management: Implement and maintain inventory control systems. Monitor raw material, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods inventory levels. Minimize inventory holding costs while ensuring availability of critical items.4. Logistics & Distribution: Oversee outbound logistics including shipping of finished pipes to customers or project sites. Manage fleet operations and transportation providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery. Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations.

5. Cost Optimization:
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Monitor and control supply chain costs and develop KPI dashboards.6. ERP & Data Management: Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) to manage supply chain activities. Analyze supply chain data and generate reports for strategic decisions.7. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop the supply chain team. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or relatedfield. MBA or APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) certification is a plus. 7+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience in pipe manufacturing or similar industries (rubber, plastic, aluminium) is highly desirable. Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools. Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.Key Competencies:
