Supply Chain Planner

You will be responsible for supply planning and distribution planning of specific categories. Your key responsibilities will include: - Issuing dispatch plans from sites and mother warehouses to CFAs. - Driving actions to improve Dispatch Plan adherence. - Coordinating and ensuring product range availability across all Distribution centres (C&FA) as per agreed norms. - Defining and implementing the right inventory levels of finished goods across the organization right from factories to the CFAs. - Working towards reducing Backorders and lost sales. - Monitoring and driving actions to reduce SLOB. In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for: - Category Distribution planning across India. - Ensuring product range availability at CFAs and addressing availability concerns. - Inventory management. - Collaborative approach & Teamwork. - Executional Experience. Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of relevant experience in the area of planning and distribution or key account planning in diversified category, FMCG, or similar industry with exposure to ERP / Planning tools. - MBA/PGDM - specialization in Supply Chain & Operations Management.
