Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage internal sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with existing clients.
  
• Provide back office support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document management.
  
• Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
  
• Generate leads through various channels (e.g., email campaigns, social media) and convert them into paying customers.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP B1 software for managing client relationships and tracking sales metrics.
